Dageng HAN
Mr. Dageng Han has nearly 30 years of experience in legal practice, specializing in complex commercial dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master of Laws and completed his EMBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a large number of major and complex cases before the Supreme People’s Court and courts at all levels, building an extensive track record of favorable judgments and successful enforcement of monetary recoveries.
Drawing on his engineering-trained logical thinking, professional legal expertise, and commercial acumen, Mr. Han has extended his dispute resolution competence into large-scale transaction sectors, including banking and finance, debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization, real estate and infrastructure, as well as investment, M&A, and corporate governance. He excels at structuring transactions by reverse-engineering potential dispute scenarios, assisting clients in mitigating risks before a deal closes and fully securing their legitimate rights and interests should disputes later arise.
Mr. Han currently serves as Vice President of the 10th Council of Qingdao Lawyers Association and Vice President of the 2nd Council of Qingdao Bankruptcy Administrators Association. He is also a Member of the Shinan District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Qingdao. In addition, he holds academic appointments as a Practical Supervisor for Postgraduate Students at the Law School of Shandong University and as an Adjunct Professor at Shen Junru Law School, Hangzhou Normal University. Through these roles, he remains actively engaged in advancing local rule-of-law development, industry self-regulation, and the cultivation of legal professionals.

On January 15, 2026, the internationally recognized legal ranking publisher Chambers & Partners released the Chambers Greater China Region Guide 2026.
