Acted as legal counsel to LaSalle Investment in its acquisition and disposition of several warehousing logistics, residential, and office real estate projects in PRC, including the China Garden service apartment in Shanghai

Acted as legal counsel to Portman in its disposal of Project Shanghai JianYeLi to Shanghai Hengfu
