Acted as legal counsel to LaSalle Investment in its acquisition and disposition of several warehousing logistics, residential and office real estate projects in PRC, including China Garden service apartment in Shanghai
Acted as legal counsel to DLJ in its acquisition of several industrial and warehousing logistics real estate projects in Shanghai and Taicang
Acted as legal counsel to Portman in its disposition transaction of Project Shanghai JianYeLi with Shanghai Hengfu
Acted as legal counsel to Shanghai Hengfu for the Shanghai Jian Ye Li Hotel and Residence management project (branded with Capella)
