Mavis HU

Ms. Hu specializes in the areas of private equity investment, M&A, finance, and trust. Her practice experience spans a diverse range of industries, including semiconductors, new energy vehicles, life science, finance, new materials, entertainment, and media. Ms. Hu has represented clients from numerous foreign and domestic investment institutions, private equity funds, large multinational corporations, listed companies, and state-owned enterprises. She specializes in equity structure design, equity incentives, and corporate compliance governance. She has been the sponsor of and has participated in a number of well-known projects in the areas of investment and financing, M&A, and trust establishment.

Representative Matters

  • Represented JAC Capital's Shunchuang Xincai Phase I Fund and Co-built Venture Capital Fund in completing the equity investment and acquisition project of Mifeng Semiconductor Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

  • Represented Hannto Technology Co Ltd in establishing a joint venture with Ireland-based MEMJET to set up Meijie (Huzhou) Intelligent Technology Co Ltd.

  • Represented AVATAR in completing its CNY 3 billion Series B financing

  • Provided full-process legal services for the establishment of Huming Fund and its investment in UNISOC

  • Acted as legal counsel for Electronic Soul (603258) on its IPO of A-shares and listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange

  • Provided legal services and advice to multiple domestic and foreign enterprises on daily legal matters, covering sectors including semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, and new media
