Jack QIAO

Jack Qiao specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and RMB fund formations.

Jack has more than 15 years of working experience at top international and PRC law firms advising clients in the United States, Europe, Hong Kong SAR, and China's mainland. His practice focuses on cross-border transactions involving China, where he has represented USD and RMB investment funds in hundreds of venture capital and private equity investments and numerous multinational companies in connection with foreign direct investment and M&A transactions. Jack also regularly provides advice on all aspects of corporate governance and has extensive experience in implementing corporate restructurings.
