Jack QIAO

Jack Qiao specializes in cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and RMB fund formations.
Jack has more than 15 years of working experience at top international and PRC law firms advising clients in the United States, Europe, Hong Kong and China. Jack’s practice focuses on cross-border transactions involving China, where he has represented USD and RMB investments funds on hundreds of venture capital and private equity investments and numerous multinational companies in connection with foreign direct investments and M&A transactions. Jack also regularly provides advice on all aspects of corporate governance and has extensive experience in implementing corporate restructurings.

  • Represented Blue Hall in connection with an acquisition by a well-known fund.

  • Represented Apollo and Haoyang Data to complete the acquisition of a data center project in Dingxing, Hebei.

  • Represented Hao Yang Data in completing the construction of an offshore financing platform with Apollo and in completing the financing of a data center project in Langfang, Hebei.

  • Represented Hudson Capital in completing the legal due diligence of Tenglong Data Center (including 12 data centers distributed nationwide).

  • Represented Beyond Ventures in the completion of the acquisition of a data center in Langfang, Hebei.

  • Represented Zhongpeng Cloud in connection with a proposed investment by a well-known fund.

  • Represented GoHigh Capital in conducting legal due diligence for a data center project in Shanghai and Beijing.
