Haoxiong JIANG
Mr. Jiang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a degree in law in July 1987. He has been practicing PRC law for over three decades since 1988 and acquired rich experience in advising domestic and overseas initial public offering and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M&A transactions, private equity investment, cross-border investment, cross-border bank financing, etc.
