Haoxiong JIANG

Mr. Jiang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in law in July 1987. He has been practicing PRC law for over 34 years since 1988 and acquired rich experience in advising domestic and overseas initial public offering and listing, refinancing of listed companies, M&A transactions, private equity investment, cross-border investment, cross-border bank financing, etc.

Representative Matters

Assisted with various clients in their high profile projects, which are of substantial influence to their respective industries, including the A-share listings of HAID Group and Satellite Chemical; The Red chips listing of Fosun Group and H-share listing of Sinopharm Group on HKEX; The acquisition of Supor (A-share listed co) by SEB Group by way of share transfer, full tender offer and private placement; Backdoor listing of Haitong Securities in A-share market; The purchasing of certain equity interests in a PRC domestic company by a foreign private equity fund in the consideration of RMB 5,700 million and so on.
