Mohan LI

Mr. Li specializes in private equity, venture capital, domestic and cross-border merger & acquisition, fund formation, and wealth management.

Mr. Li has over 15 years of experience working in the legal, finance and technology sectors. Mr. Li started his legal career at PacGate Law Group, and worked for Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP and Gunderson Dettmer LLP subsequently. Mr. Li represents a number of technology startups, venture capital and private equity firms, and the venture capital arm of several major internet firms. As an original member and chief operating officer, Mr. Li joined the Skyview Fund, a venture capital firm specializing in early to mid-stage technology investment in 2015, focusing on fund-raising and operation of the firm. Prior to joining Zhonglun, Mr. Li was the head of compliance of a Singapore-based family office with extensive investments in stock and real estate markets globally.

Mr. Li graduated from China Foreign Affairs University with a Bachelor's Degree in Law and from the University of Iowa School of Law with a Master's Degree.

Mr. Li is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is awarded the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate and the AMAC in China.
