Mr. Chuncheng Liu graduated from the Law School of Wuhan University with a master's degree and received an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Mr. Liu has been practicing law since 2008, and is now a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and an independent director of Zhu Bo Design Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu is mainly engaged in domestic and overseas initial public offerings and listings, private equity and investment funds, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, litigation and arbitration, etc. Mr. Liu has represented dozens of enterprises in matters ranging from domestic and overseas IPOs, refinancing, and restructuring.
