Mr. Lu graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and has practiced law for more than 15 years in the domains of capital markets, investment, and mergers & acquisitions. Right from the start of his career, Mr. Lu has been devoted to legal services related to domestic capital markets, private equity and investment funds, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He has rich practical experience built on a strong theoretical foundation. Before joining Zhong Lun Law Firm, he had worked for several well-known large domestic law firms. Throughout his career, Mr. Lu developed in-depth proficiency with domestic capital markets and related legal services and has provided legal services for many listed and to-be-listed companies, securities companies, trust companies, commercial banks, and private funds.
