• Represented Xiamen International Bank Co., Ltd. on a guarantee contract dispute against Sichuan Shengda Forestry Industry Co., Ltd. (SZ:002259) etc. (tried by the High People's Court of Sichuan Province) This is a rare and important case of how to identify a listed company's holding subsidiary's external guarantee after the promulgation of the the Minutes of the National Courts' Civil and Commercial Trial Work Conference and the Civil Code.  With our efforts, the judgment of the second trial of the case completely overturned the result of the first trial and we recovered nearly CNY 500 million in losses for our client

• Represented China Development Bank on a financial loan contract dispute against Allpoints JET Co., Ltd. and its related parties (amount of the subject matter: CNY 600 million, tried by the Supreme People's Court of The PRC), which is a seldom case involving the disposal of aircraft in China

• Represented a securities company and trust company on a loan contract dispute against a real estate company (amount of the subject matter: CNY 900 million, tried by the Intermediate People's Court of Chengdu City of Sichuan Province), which involved multi-layer asset management plans and trust plans and distribution of proceeds of financing instruments

• Represented China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Sichuan branch on an import and export credit insurance contract dispute against Sichuan Deyue SEED Co., Ltd. (Tried by the High People's Court of Sichuan Province).

• The case involved the determination of the validity of the "dispute precedent clause" in the insurance contract, we successfully obtained a retrial and revision of the judgment to protect the client's rights and interests

• Represented Chengdu Qiyang Yuanhang Automobile Sales Service Co., Ltd. on a loan contract dispute against Sichuan JuYang Enterprise Management Group Co., Ltd. (amount of the subject matter: CNY 400 million, tried by the Intermediate People's Court of Chengdu City of Sichuan Province)

• Represented an industrial company on a loan contract dispute against a print industry company (amount of the subject matter: CNY 200 million, tried by the Intermediate People's Court of Chengdu City of Sichuan Province)

• Represented Yun CHEN on a share transfer dispute against Chengdu Helipu Investment Center (Limited Partnership) (amount of the subject matter: CNY 200 million, tried by the High People's Court of Sichuan Province).  The case is one of the few post-2018 cases in which a proxy holding of shares in a listed company has been found to be valid, and it involves the assumption of significant tax charges arising from the proxy holding of shares
