Yingnan MA

Ma Yingnan joined Zhong Lun Law Firm in 2013 and mainly engages in WTO and international trade, compliance and investigation practices, including assisting the Government of China in dealing with foreign WTO disputes and assisting the Government of China, trade associations, and enterprises in responding to foreign trade remedy investigations such as anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguard measures. He also specializes in supply chain traceability, export control, and economic sanctions investigations, as well as the establishment of corporate compliance systems.

Ma Yingnan has represented numerous enterprises in responding to dozens of trade remedy and supply chain traceability investigations initiated by foreign authorities, and has assisted many state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, and multinational corporations in achieving zero duty or the lowest duty, country-wise or even globally, in these investigations, effectively helping enterprises maintain and expand their business in overseas markets. Ma Yingnan is adept at handling investigations in developed countries such as the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, as well as in emerging markets such as India, Thailand, Vietnam, and Turkey. In addition, he has helped a large number of state-owned enterprises establish comprehensive or special compliance system in areas such as international trade, export control, economic sanctions, and anti-unfair competition.
