Mr. Meng specializes in legal services in the fields of investment/M&A and corporate governance, construction and project development, financial products and trusts. He has provided legal services such as project development, project financing, project M&A, corporate governance, construction projects and the issuance of C-REITs for large and well-known engineering enterprises, environmental and energy enterprises, real estate enterprises and financial institutions, including China State Construction, China Gezhouba Group, Yangtze Ecology and Environment Co., China Jinmao, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Group Co., Shanghai Construction Group, Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Construction, China Development Bank, and National Green Development Fund.
Mr. Meng Yi has accumulated rich experience in major industry fields of infrastructure and public utilities such as urban infrastructure, ecological environment protection, new energy, water conservancy and transportation. He is capable of providing clients with comprehensive and full-process legal consulting services including project investment and financing model planning, transaction structure design, investment and financing scheme design, project negotiation, document drafting, project financing, corporate governance and C-REITs issuance.
