Nelly ZHANG
Ms. Nelly Zhang specializes in cross-border and domestic commercial litigation and arbitration and is also an experienced expert in company bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation. Her proficiency spans a wide range of dispute areas, including corporate, bond, fund, investment and financing, non-performing assets, and commercial contracts. Over the course of her career, Ms. Zhang has participated, and represented clients, in over 100 cases before various legal bodies, including the Supreme People's Court and various lower courts, as well as arbitration commissions, such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission. Her perceptiveness of clients’ business objectives and deft employment of multiple resolution methods enable her to manage and resolve even the most intricate commercial disputes.
