As a transaction lawyer who has been long actively engaged in the front line of the market, Mr. Cui focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, US-dollar funds, private equity investments, debt restructurings, and other fields, possessing extensive legal knowledge and a wide range of practical experience.
