Corporate/Foreign Direct Investment
In corporate/foreign direct investment areas, Sara mainly advises foreign invested enterprises from automotive industries, chemical manufacturing industries and education companies on their establishment, restructuring, investment and daily operations. Sara acted as legal advisor for the following enterprises:
An R&D and test center invested by a famous U.S. automotive group;
The brake system company, foundry company, automotive spare parts company, Qingdao trading company and Lang Fang brake system company invested by a famous Italian automotive spare parts manufacturing group;
An automotive technical service (China) company invested by a famous German R&D and manufacturing group;
A high-end medical glass R&D and manufacturing company invested by a German group;
A media company and its foreign capital affiliates;
A consulting company invested by a U.S. famous comprehensive university;
A HK funded high-end audio development and manufacturing company and its affiliates;
Labor and Employment
In labor and employment area, Sara advised an automotive foreign company on placement of the employees during its restructuring of subsidiaries;
advised a large-scale foreign company on its set up of labor union and prepared full package of set-up materials;
advised a manufacturing foreign company on its massive layoff due to its production line contraction.
Litigation & Arbitration
Acted as enterprise’s legal counsel for consultations of the cases and maintained a high rate of success.
