Lili SHAN
Ms. Shan obtained her master’s degree of law from Zhejiang University and EMBA degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms. Shan is currently a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Ms. Shan had served as a full-time member of the 4th, 5th and 6th GEM Issuance Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission for five consecutive years. Ms. Shan also used to be the deputy director of the Securities Professional Committee of Zhejiang Province and was selected as the outstanding female lawyer of Zhejiang Province. Ms. Shan is experienced in capital market and she was the signing lawyer of more than 40 enterprises, helped the aforementioned enterprises to successfully list on the main board, SME board, GEM in domestic stock exchanges and overseas stock exchanges, refinance, mergers and acquisitions, private placement etc.

Acted as the legal adviser of the issuer, providing legal services for Ningbo Dechang Electrical Machinery Made Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering of A-shares and listing on Shanghai Stock Exchange
Acted as the legal adviser of the issuer, providing legal services for Ningbo Color Master Batch Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering of A-shares and listing on GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange
Acted as the legal adviser of the issuer, assisting DBG Technology Co., Ltd. successfully completed the transaction of non-public issuance of RMB ordinary shares (A shares)
Acted as the legal adviser of the issuer, providing legal services for Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. in the non-public offering of shares
Acted as the legal adviser of the issuer, providing legal services for Shenzhen Dynanonic Co., Ltd. in the non-public offering of shares
