In July 2021, Shenzhen Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (“Chengxin Lithium", stock code: 002240.SZ) completed its non-public offering of 114,595,897 new A shares, raising a total of RMB 950 million.

As legal counsel for Chengxin Lithium, Zhong Lun provided legal service throughout the offering. The mandate was led by Lili Shan, and the signatory partners were Wei Du and Jia Liu.

Chengxin Lithium focuses on new energy materials for lithium batteries, striving to become a global leader in this sector. The successful non-public offering of A shares will help Chengxin Lithium further optimize its manufacturing portfolio and enhance its core competitiveness.
