Steven HUANG
Steven is a partner of Zhong Lun’s Corporate and M&A Department and is admitted both in China and New York. Steven practices law in Zhong Lun's Shanghai Office and has substantial experiences in M&A transactions, private equity and capital markets, foreign direct investment, bankruptcy and liquidation, and general corporate matters. Steven advises multinational corporate clients and SMEs on their investments and M&A transactions in China (acting as acquirers or sellers), including control acquisitions, minority investments, divestures, joint ventures, restructurings, liquidations and other cross-border transactions. He represents clients in a wide range of industries including TMT, industrials, automobiles, consumer products, health care/life sciences, education, professional services, entertainment and sports.

Advised The Hershey Company on the strategic restructuring of its Chinese business
Represented Enpro Industries on the sale of GGB to Timken
Represented STIHL in its acquisition of 35% equity interest of Changzhou Globe Tools and its subsequent restructuring for IPO in China
Advised Schaeffler Technologies on the acquisition of Elmotec
Advised Schaeffler on the sale of its chain drive division
Advised Pret A Manger to open stores in Shanghai and in its subsequent exit from China for its sale to the Reimann family
Represented Continental Structural Plastics in its acquisition by Teijin Group (3401.TSE)
