Mr. Sun specializes in the Chinese Mainland Capital Markets, Investment/M&A & Corporate Governance, Private Equity & Investment Funds. Mr. Sun has led and participated in more than 20 IPO projects and refinancing of listed companies, more than 20 equity investment and M&A projects, several acquisition of listed companies corporate control, several projects of registration of private equity fund managers, and alteration of major items. Mr. Sun also regularly advises numbers of listed companies, private equity fund managers and other companies.
Mr. Sun has been awarded an Outstanding Young Lawyer from 2018 to 2020 in Chengdu. And he has been selected by the Sichuan Lawyers Association one of the first batch of professional lawyers in finance, securities and insurance.
