On August 12, 2021, Shandong Longda Meat Foodstuff Co., Ltd. (“Longda", stock code: 002726) offered 76,029,409 shares non-publicly on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, raising RMB 620 million in total. The funds raised will be used partly for a new project of pig breeding with an annual production of 660,000 pigs for slaughter, and the remaining funds will be used to increase Longda’s cashflow.
Zhong Lun served as legal counsel for Longda throughout this offering. The team was led by partners Gang Chen and FangSun and included Fang Liu, Xin Chen, and other associates.
