Yuan TIAN

Mr. Tian focuses on difficult and complex commercial cases, serving clients include: CITIC Securities, China Securities, BOC Securities, PICC, CMBC and other financial institutions; Longfor Group, China Resources Group, Country Garden Group and other real estate development enterprises; CEC, BEIAO and other large state-owned enterprises. As a member of the debate team of Beijing Chaoyang Lawyers Association, Mr. Tian has participated in many debate competitions on behalf of the Chaoyang Lawyers Association, and once won the silver award of the speech contest organized by Beijing Lawyers Association.

  • Provided legal services for a securities company  in a series of bond disputes between it and China Huayang Economic and Trade Group Co., LTD., with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 700 million.

  • Provided legal services for a head securities company in a number of stock pledge repurchase transaction disputes between it and the financing party, with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 200 million.

  • Provided legal services for a head securities company in the arbitration of a number of margin trading disputes between it and the financing party, with a total amount of more than CNY 100 million in dispute.

  • Provided legal services for a head securities company in the dispute over its guarantee contract with Mr. Wei, with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 130 million.

  • Provided legal services for a large bank in the arbitration case of Credit enhancement contract dispute between it and a listed company's actual controller, with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 900 million. 

  • Provided legal services for a company in the arbitration of eight cases of housing sales contract disputes between a company and a real estate company, with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 1 billion. 

  • Provided legal services for a commercial management company affiliated to Guande Global in the arbitration case of its lease contract dispute with Tianjin Catering Management Co., LTD., with the disputed subject amount of more than CNY 400 million.

  • Provided legal services for Beijing Four Seasons Elegant Garden Investment Co., Ltd. in the dispute over its joint venture and cooperative development real estate contract with a company in  Beijing, with the disputed subject amount of CNY 396 million.

  • Provided legal services for Beijing Country Garden Phoenix Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in a dispute over a joint venture and cooperation development real estate contract with a company in Hebei, with the disputed object amount of more than CNY 120 million.

  • Provided legal services for Beijing Country Garden Phoenix Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in its equity transfer dispute with a company in Yulin, with the disputed object amount of more than CNY 100 million. 

  • Provided legal services for the cancellation of an arbitration award by a company in Xuchang, and finally the court appointed an arbitral tribunal to retry the case;

  • Provided legal services for a natural person in a dispute over a loan contract between him and a real estate development enterprise, with the disputed object amount of more than CNY 1 billion.
