Victor has more than 20 years of legal experience in both international and domestic law firms, and has been constantly regarded by Chambers, ALB, The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and other international rating agencies as a leading lawyer in the fields of fund investment and TMT. Victor particularly excels at combining legal issues with commercial considerations with a review to providing clients with the most effective solutions.
