Dakun WANG

Mr. Dakun WANG has extensive and in-depth expertise in export control and economic sanctions regimes of major jurisdictions, including China, the United States, and the European Union. He has accumulated substantial practical experience in assisting Chinese enterprises in responding to U.S. export control and economic sanctions measures, as well as in the establishment and enhancement of corporate compliance management systems.

His client base includes large state-owned enterprises, well-known joint ventures, and multinational corporations. His legal services cover a wide range of areas, including sanctions and export control risk identification and assessment, design of corporate compliance and internal control frameworks, due diligence and third-party compliance reviews, responses to overseas enforcement investigations and administrative proceedings, policy research, and compliance training. His work has consistently received high recognition from clients.

In the field of policy and academic research, Mr. Wang has served as a principal contributor to multiple key research projects concerning export controls and U.S. extraterritorial jurisdiction. He has published numerous professional articles in leading domestic legal and policy journals, combining strong theoretical depth with practical applicability. He is also a frequent speaker at industry seminars and legal forums, where his insights have been widely acknowledged and well received.

Mr. Wang is currently a member of the Foreign-Related Legal Talent Pool of the Beijing Lawyers Association and has been honored as a "21st Century Gold Award Lawyer in Foreign-Related Legal Practice" by the Southern Finance Legal Research Institute and the China Judicial Big Data Research Institute.
