Dunping WANG
Mr. Wang graduated from the Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and has further enriched his academic background with EMBA programs from both China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance. He has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and now serves as an external independent director of Beijing Dahao Technology Corp., Ltd. (603025.SH) and Northking Information Technology Co., Ltd. (002987.SZ).
Mr. Wang is an expert in private equity and investment funds, providing legal services for private equity fund manager registration, product design and filing, investment due diligence, transaction documents drafting, private equity fund compliance, private equity fund legal risk assessment, private equity fund taxation, private equity fund liquidation and exit, resolution of disputes arising from investment and financing. He has extensive experience working with various types of funds, such as industrial guidance funds, listed company M&A funds, S funds, FOFs, QFLP funds, insurance premium funds, and film and television funds. He is also adept in investment and M&A, corporate governance, and commercial dispute resolution with his knowledge in finance and business acumen.
