Dunping WANG
Mr. Wang, a graduate of the Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and the EMBA program at China Europe International Business School(CEIBS), is currently pursuing an EMBA at Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance. Mr. Wang has been practicing law for nearly 20 years and now serves as an external independent director of Beijing Dahao Technology Corp., Ltd. (603025.SH).
Mr. Wang is an expert in private equity and investment funds, providing legal services for private equity fund manager registration, product design and filing, investment due diligence, transaction documents drafting, private equity fund compliance, legal verification for special issues, private equity fund legal risk assessment, private equity fund liquidation and exit, resolution of disputes arising from investment and financing. He has extensive experience working with various types of funds, such as industrial guidance funds, listed company M&A funds, S funds, FOFs, QFLP funds, insurance premium funds, and film and television funds. He is also adept in investment and M&A, corporate governance, and commercial dispute resolution with his knowledge in finance and business acumen.
