Lijuan WANG
Ms. Wang has over 20 years of experience and her main practice areas are project development and investment, construction projects, trust and other financial products, private investment funds and structured financing, etc. She has served as retainer-based legal counsel for many large central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and well-known private-sector enterprises. Ms. Wang has provided extensive consultation on routine legal matters, drafted and reviewed various business contracts, issued relevant legal opinions, and managed other non-litigation matters, accumulating a wealth of experience. She has also advised private equity funds, insurance companies, trust companies, real estate companies, and other businesses on project investment, bulk property sales and purchases, pre-sale of commercial properties, and leasing of commercial and office properties. In addition, Ms. Wang's counsel covers financing of real estate and other fixed asset projects (including private investment funds, trust schemes, assets management schemes, etc.) as well as financial asset management companies' acquisition and relief and restructuring of non-performing assets.
