Bankruptcy Reorganization, Liquidation and Debt Restructuring

  • Acted as administrator in the reorganization of STX (Dalian) Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and other five Chinese subsidiaries of Korean STX Corporation, which involved over RMB 7 billion assets, over RMB 35 billion debts, nearly 1,200 creditors and over 20,000 employees

  • Advised a joint investment body consisting of Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd., Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen SDG Group Co., Ltd. in the reorganization of PKU Founder Group

  • Represented a special steel manufacturer as potential investor in the reorganization of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. and two other companies

  • Provided crisis management services for Da Vinci Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. in response to a fraud allegation against it, and represented it in a series of administrative punishment and reconsideration cases involving market regulators in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu and Hangzhou
