Jijun ZHANG

Mr. Jijun Zhang mainly practices in the areas of the Chinese mainland capital markets, private equity and investment funds, as well as financial products and trusts.
In the field of capital markets, Mr. Zhang has advised on the initial public offering in the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong of many enterprises and has assisted numerous listed companies in their refinancing. Mr. Zhang’s practice covers a broad spectrum of industries, including software and information technology services, professional technical services, general equipment manufacturing, computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, metal products, retail, wholesale, etc.
In the area of private equity and investment funds, Mr. Zhang has provided legal advice for the establishment and management of many private funds, as well as investment and financing of private equity for many times.
Mr. Zhang's expertise in the industries of financial products and trusts include providing full-suite legal services for the first state-owned real property REITs in the Chinese mainland.
In addition, Mr. Zhang also serves as legal advisor on a retainer basis for many well-known enterprises and special legal advisor for their mergers and acquisitions.
