Wenjing ZHANG

Mr. Wenjing Zhang has a long-term specialization in construction law. His case portfolio covers a variety of construction projects both in and outside China (including civil, commercial, cultural, and industrial construction projects, energy and infrastructure projects) with a diverse clientele encompassing state-owned enterprises, private companies, governments, and foreign-invested companies. Mr. Wenjing Zhang is adept at all areas of construction law and particularly well-versed in relevant legal matters and risk control management during the full cycle of construction bid invitation and bidding, construction contract review, contract performance, project completion, and account settlement. Mr. Wenjing Zhang is also a construction law dispute expert.
Some of Mr. Wenjing Zhang’s representative cases in providing full-process legal services for construction projects include: Beijing's tallest building “China Zun Tower”, Beijing Universal Studios (the world's largest Universal Studios theme park), Bytedance’s data centers and building construction projects in different locations in China, Samsung China Headquarters building, Shanghai Jing ‘an Tower, Meixi Lake Grand Theatre, and large commercial shopping centers developed by INTER IKEA Group in Beijing, Wuhan and Wuxi. Wenjing Zhang also has extensive experience in overseas construction projects.
