Ms. Zhao has over ten years of legal service experience and specializes in domestic capital market, private equity investment, M&A and other fields, involving several sectors like semiconductor and integrated circuit, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical and health care industry.
Ms. Zhao is mainly engaged in China's domestic capital market legal services such as A-share IPO, major asset restructuring and refinancing of listing companies. In recent years, she has led and participated in a number of A-share market deals, including the IPO of Goertek Microelectronics on ChiNext market, the IPO of Sportsoul (001300.SZ) on SZSE Main Board, the major asset restructuring of Yunding Technology (000409.SZ) in 2022, the private placement of Gaona Aero Material (300034.SZ) in 2021 and the public offering of Linglong Tyre (601966.SH) in 2020. Ms. Zhao has also accumulated a lot of experiences in the field of private equity investment, providing legal services for many funds and corporate clients in investment projects.
