SZ) on the Main Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the major asset restructuring of Yunding Technology (000409. SZ), the private placement of Gaona Aero Material (300034. SZ), the public offering of Linglong Tire (601966. SH), and splitting of Goermicro from Goertek (002241. SZ) and listing of the former on the Growth Enterprise Market. Ms. Zhao is also a seasoned practitioner in equity investment, having provided legal services for equity investment projects of many funds and corporate clients. Her outstanding practice and efficient and professional service has won her wide recognition from clients and also rating agencies, as exemplified by the title “Qingdao Outstanding Young Lawyer" given by the Qingdao Lawyers Association in 2021.
