Deeply engaged in three pillar areas of domestic and international investment and M&A, corporate governance, and litigation and arbitration, Ms. Zhu has formed an aptly named "one body with two wings" legal service model that covers enterprises’ entire lifecycles. She delivers premium services that are forward-thinking and at the same time practical to clients in industries such as energy and power, defense and military industry, aviation and aerospace. Ms. Zhu's outbound investment projects have involved dozens of jurisdictions, including the United States, Australia, the Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria, and Malaysia, demonstrating her exceptional capabilities in managing cross-border transactions. She has managed and participated in numerous benchmark projects with significant strategic value. Notably, she headed the legal service for a listed company's investment and M&A project in the Czech Republic, the largest Chinese investment in the Czech manufacturing sector in recent years, which offers valuable practical insights and shapes industry trends. Concurrently, she provides comprehensive legal services to numerous aviation and aerospace enterprises, covering core operations such as aircraft introduction, procurement, financial leasing, second-hand aircraft trading, airline establishment and operation, route approval, satellite base station construction, and satellite tracking, telemetry and control (TT&C). With her profound expertise and outstanding practice strengths, Ms. Zhu has long been serving in various social roles, including Expert Advisor to the CCPIT Shaanxi Committee, Legal Expert for the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, Legal Advisor for the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, Distinguished Professor at Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and Director of the Foreign-related Committee of the Shaanxi Lawyers Association. She also serves as an arbitrator for multiple arbitration institutions, including the Xi'an Arbitration Commission and the Urumqi Arbitration Commission. Ms. Zhu has been honored as a "National Advanced Individual in Public Legal Services" by the Ministry of Justice and selected for the Ministry's "National Thousand Foreign-related Lawyers Talent Program". She has been ranked "Band 1" consecutively for four years in the Corporate/Commercial category in Shaanxi by Chambers, named among LEGALBAND's "Client Choice: Top 15 Female Lawyers in China", and is consistently recommended by international authoritative legal media such as The Legal 500, IFLR1000, and China Business Law Journal.
