Recently, Mr. Baisha ZHANG has officially joined Zhong Lun Law Firm, Guangzhou Office, as a partner. Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law, the University of Melbourne and the University of Western Sydney, Mr. ZHANG had been awarded with master degrees in international economic law, business law, and business administration. Practicing in the leading local firms for almost two decades, Mr. ZHANG is broadly experienced in all aspects of anti-trust law practice. He is one of the lawyers pioneering in academic research, legislation, and legal practice of China’s Anti-monopoly Law. In addition to anti-trust law practice, Mr. ZHANG has excelled in both M&A and dispute resolution. He is also an adjunct professor in Jinan University teaching Anti-trust Law & Economic Analysis, Business Law, and International Business Law with English as the medium of instruction.
