Zhong Lun Wins Award at the 5th Annual International M&A Advisor Awards
On May 13, 2013, Zhong Lun Law Firm won an award of “Corporate and Strategic Acquisition of the Year ($100m to $500m)" for its outstanding performance in the acquisition of 100% equity interests of Shanghai Elsker Mother & Baby Co., Ltd. by Johnson & Johnson (China) Investment Ltd, which was announced at the 2013 Annual Cross Border M&A Advisor Summit held by M&A Advisor in New York.
Zhong Lun’s team was led by Partner Jane Fan from Shanghai office and assisted by Lingyun Dai, Flora Wu and Feiya Zhong. The team had started the participation of the negation on the transaction in March 2012 and successfully completed it on January 25, 2013.
The Annual International M&A Advisor Award was held and announced by M&A Advisor, which is dedicated to recognizing and rewarding the industry’s top cross border transactions, firms of the year and dealmakers of the year. After an independent panel of judges reviewed and scored hundreds of nominations, several reached the status of finalist and the awards.
