Zhong Lun Law Firm has won “Real Estate & Construction Deal of the Year" award for its professional services in the Asia Pacific Land acquisition of The Center in Shanghai, at the annual ALB (Asian Legal Business) China Law Awards 2009 held in Shanghai on April 24, 2009.
Zhong Lun got some nominations in some real estate & construction and debt market deals on which it acted. Zhong Lun was also honored to be on the finalists of “China Law Firm of the Year" and “Beijing Law Firm of the Year" at the event.
The event, which recognized the excellence of China’s leading law firms as well as the top deals and dealmakers of 2008, attracted over 400 of China’s senior business leaders including investment bankers, solicitors, in-house counsel, judiciary and CEOs and CFOs.
