Zhong Lun represented Nexus Point in its acquisition of a majority stake in PTC Testing (“PTC”), a Guangdong-based Testing, Inspection, and Certification (“TIC”) provider focused on the electrical and electronics and consumer products verticals. PTC represents Nexus Point’s first investment in this new TIC platform.
The Zhong Lun team was led by partner Gary Li and non-equity partner Stacey Shen. The project team also included partners Luke Zhang and Shirley Lu, non-equity partner Linzhu Zhang, and associate Jiayi He, as well as Vivian Wang.
