Zhong Lun Law Firm secures top-tier rankings in securities legal services
China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has ranked Zhong Lun Law Firm as a top Chinese law firm in securities legal services, according to its newly issued Development Report on Securities Legal Services in 2007.
Zhong Lun was ranked 3rd in the initial public offering (IPO) legal services and ranked 5th in the offshore offering legal services, according to the report.
The report, part of the CSRC’s China Capital Markets Legal Development Report 2007, has been the first of its kind in respect of securities legal services in 2007 by Chinese law firms since the CSRC abolished the qualification examination procedure for securities practitioners.
It is also the first time the CSRC ranked Chinese law firms by the volume of securities legal services in their legal opinions submitted to the securities watchdog.
Zhong Lun has assembled a great team of attorneys-at-law specializing in corporate securities legal services with extensive experience in investment, financing, listing, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
