The magazine Chinese Venture, together with the National Association of the Real Estate Investment Fund, held the “Summit Forum on the Development of the Chinese Real Estate Fund" on October 19, 2011 in Beijing. The forum covered a wide array of topics such as the development pattern, trend and variation of the real estate fund, the role of the financial institutions (banks, trusts and so on), social capital and real estate LP. At the forum, Zhong Lun was awarded for its contribution to the development of real estate fund in China.
