Zhong Lun Law Firm has come second among more than 1,300 law firms in Beijing in securities offering practice of 2010, according to a recent online announcement of the rankings by LawFirm50 (http://www.lawfirm50.com) .
LawFirm50 said that the rankings were based on the number of securities offering projects (including initial public offering, refinancing and overseas offering) each firm advised for the year 2009-2010, taking into account the business volume, quality and appraisals from the industry for the past three years.
