ZHONG LUN GARNERS THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF TOP CHINA LAW FIRM RANKINGS FROM CHAMBERS ASIA FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE YEAR
At the Chambers China Awards for Excellence for 2013 held in Beijing on 28 February 2013, Zhong Lun Law Firm garnered band 1 rankings in 14 practice areas, more than any other Chinese law firm. In all, a total of 23 Zhong Lun practice areas were ranked by Chambers, which also places Zhong Lun in the top spot in China in this category. Finally, a total of 46 partners in the firm were rated as leading lawyers in mainland China by Chambers, which again is the most of any PRC law firm.
This is the second year in a row in which Zhong Lun had the highest numbers of band 1 rankings in national practice areas, total national practice areas ranked and total number of ranked lawyers in the Chambers guide. The firm’s 14 band 1 rankings and 23 total rankings represent a significant increase over Zhong Lun’s 2012 total of 12 band 1 rankings and 18 total rankings, respectively.

Other Zhong Lun practice areas receiving recognition from Chambers (ranked either in band 2 or band 3) in China include: capital markets – debt & equity (for both domestic and Hong Kong/offshore), dispute resolution (for both Beijing and Shanghai), employment law, energy, intellectual property, projects and infrastructure and tax.
