Anthony Zhao

Qualified to practice in China and New York State, Anthony Zhao focuses on private equity and venture fund investment, capital markets and M&A, among others. Catherine Chen

Catherine Chen is not only a pioneer but also a leader in private equity funds. She has set up over a thousand private equity funds on behalf of clients, including private equity and venture capital funds, funds of funds, real estate funds, QFLP funds, S funds, cross-border parallel funds and other private equity investment platforms and provides continuous legal services on operational compliance, second-hand share transfer, investment, exit and liquidation during the funds’ existence. Catherine Chen specializes in complex fund structure design and transaction arrangement. Her practice areas include life sciences and healthcare, electronic technology and telecommunications, advertising and media, clean and renewable energy, education, new media, retail and franchising and traditional manufacturing.

Limin Chen

Limin Chen has rich experience in capital markets and mainly focuses on capital markets/securities, asset securitization, financial products and M&A. As one of the first professional lawyers to obtain securities qualifications in China, he has honed his expertise in the areas of Chinese corporate transformation, restructuring, and domestic and overseas stock issuance and listing and handled listing of A shares, B shares, H shares and red chip shares and overseas listing of domestic equities for more than 100 companies, garnering recommendations from many well-known legal rating agencies including Chambers, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific list and ALB for many years.
