Ms. Hairong Li, a partner with Zhong Lun, was honored on the “2023 ALB China Top 15 Female Lawyers" list announced by ALB on October 20, 2023.
Having practiced PRC law extensively for over 20 years, Ms. Li specializes in corporate investment and financing and provides businesses with all-round professional legal services at different stages of the lifecycle of investment and financing projects. She is an expert in offering innovative counseling for highly complex, large-scale cross-border investment and financing deals, such as domestic and overseas listing and capital operation, as well as cross-border investment and M&A, and the remarkable track record earned her stellar reputation as an investment and financing veteran with cross-border capabilities.
Ms. Li has advised on a series of landmark projects, thereby bagging accolades such as the Annual Outstanding Deal Award and the Overseas Investment Demonstration Project.
