On July 18, 2025, Asian Legal Business (ALB) officially released the "2025 ALB China Regional Ranking: West China". Zhong Lun was once again included in the "Non-local Law Firms" category, and partner Jie Ma was honored with the title of "Rising Lawyer - Non-local Law Firms".

Mr. Ma has been working in dispute resolution for decades, covering industries such as financial products and trusts, real estate and construction engineering, and corporate governance. Since the onset of his practice, Mr. Ma has provided representation in hundreds of major civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, with the total involved amount exceeding CNY 10 billion. His track record is particularly substantial in resolving disputes over external guarantee involving listed companies, including those listed on NEEQ, and his practice has resulted in the successful recovery of huge economic losses for numerous clients. With his effective professional capabilities and pragmatic work style, he is highly recognized by clients.
Mr. Ma has been consistently garnering rankings by LexisNexis and The Legal 500 and has received honors such as "Excellent Young Lawyer in Chengdu" and "Professional Lawyer in Sichuan Province". In 2024, he was selected into the inaugural Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific "Top 40 under 40" list, making him one of only two honorees in this category from China’s mainland. In addition to honing his professional strengths, Mr. Ma attaches great importance to social responsibilities. He currently serves as an expert in the Decision Advisory Expert Database of Sichuan Provincial Civil Affairs Department, Deputy Director of the Civil and Commercial Professional Committee of Sichuan Lawyers Association, and Director of the Commercial Law Research Association of Sichuan Law Society, among other positions.
