Ms. Ting Li is admitted to practice in China and the State of New York. In the IPO practice, Ms. Li has successfully guided Specialist Technology Companies—spanning autonomous driving, AI chip design, and semiconductors—through their listings under Chapter 18C of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. She has also advised numerous advanced manufacturing and high-tech enterprises on their A-share initial public offerings. In innovative finance and cross-border M&A, Ms. Li has played a key role in multiple landmark transactions, including China’s first batch of public offered REITs pilot projects, the nation’s first rail transit asset-backed REITs, and the first “dual-cross-border” intellectual property securitization project. She regularly represents leading investment institutions as well as central and state-owned enterprises in overseas strategic acquisitions and global expansion initiatives.
