On October 23, the forth “China Lawyer Forum" & the first “ China Young Lawyer Forum" was held in Hefei, with a subject of “construction and development of lawyer industry". More than 700 domestic and overseas lawyers and legal experts participated in the discussions of many hot issues, i.e. the relationship between the judges and lawyers, CEPA and the lawyers’ service, the scale of Chinese lawyer industry in the form of speeches and debates.
Mr. Zhang Xuebing attended this Forum and made a speech regarding “management of partnership law firms", which was awarded the excellent paper of “China Lawyer Forum" 2004.
