Served by Zhong Lun as the company’s Chinese legal counsel, TENDEN HOLDINGS LTD has listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange successfully on June 16, 2004. The IPO price was HK$3.7/share, issuance was well received by the market and the total capital raised was about HK$ 1.44 billion. Goldman Sachs (Asia) Ltd was the global issuer, booking manager, leading manager and sponsor. Mr. Zhao Jing and Mr. Song Di, of Shanghai office supported and facilitated the Hong Kong listing proactively in this very demanding project.
