On March 9, 2005, Zhong Lun (Beijing) hosted a seminar on the new vesion of Contract of Pre-sale of Property, more than 30 real property developers attended. Mr. Kang Hua, a partner in Beijing office, gave an indepth analysis item by item over the Notice on Management of On-line Execution and Registration of the Contract of Pre-Sale of Property newly promulgated by the Beijing Municipal Construction Committee, and the new model forms of the Contract of Pre-Sale of Commercial Property in Beijing, and the Agreement for Subscription of Commercial Property in Beijing. Mr. Kang also shared his ideals on some key issues concenrning the developers, and answered the questions commonkly seen in actual transactions and paper work processes.
