China Resources Corp, established in 1986, is a giant state-owned enterprise, consisting of 25 first-class profit centers, covering 9 branches of trade and possessing some strategic investment projects. The company has 100,000 employees in variety of businesses including power, retailing, micro electronics, petroleum, beer beverage and real estate. This RMB 3 billion bond issue was underwritten by China International Capital Corporation Ltd and the International Securities Limited Liability Company of Bank of China. Zhang Xuebing and Ye Beicheng served as the counsel for issuer.
