In order to enhance legal training to the associates, the firm has recently opened intranet DB training program. The DB training program enables each person in three offices to watch the Lawyer’s Salon (weekly) and other training programs on a real time basis. The DB has excellent picture and audio quality. Via the intranet one can search and review more than 70 training programs that the firm has conducted in the past.
The first training program broadcasted in the first DB session was on the In-depth Legal Services in Construction Projects given by Mr. Zhu Maoyuan as a series lecture in the Lawyer’s Salon. Around 50 associates participated the training on line.
