From the beginning of 2005, Mr. Yang Wantao joined Zhonglun Law Firm as a partner in Shanghai. Mr. Yang gradated from Xinan Financial University and China Foreign and Economic University. In 1997, Mr. Yang obtained his JD degree from Duke University. In 1995, Mr. Yang was admitted into PRC barand was admitted into Illinois bar in 1997. Mr. Yang is now working in Zhonglun’s Shanghai office.
Mr. Yang majorly involves in corporate restructure, M&A, Financing, FDI, venture capital and international arbitration and litigations, and he has been working for many years in the field of international trade and FDI. Mr. Yang once worked in the Chicago headquarters of a famous law firm. As the key lawyer, he participated in several complicated projects, including loan agreement, debt restructure, and securitizition of various assets (including car loan, trade receivables, aircraft leasing, equipment receivables and real estate finance)
