Zhonglun Law Firm and Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Firm collaborated on revisions to the Corporate Law of PRC. The event was attended by more than 100 representatives from Japaense and Chinese law firms. On April 20, Mr. Wu Peng lectured on the new revisions to the Corporate Law of the PRC at the invitation of the University of Tokyo Law School.
