Retained by the Financial Service Office of Tianjin Municipality, Zhang Xue-bing will provide direction and counseling as a member of the counsel team to Tianjin enterprises in their IPO in and outside China.
In promotion of IPO under the Rules for IPO of Tianjin Enterprises, the Tianjin Municipality has made various supporting policies, and a consultant task force for IPO consultation and direction has been established by the Financial Service Office for accelerating IPO and related financing among the best local enterprises.
